Hi, I'm Lisa. Since I learned to read and write, I've been in love with words. Over the years, I parlayed that love into a pretty fantastic career as a content strategist for companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Expedia, Uber, and The Knot as well as several universities, non-profits and small businesses. 


Whether it's called content strategist, content marketing writer, content designer, UX writer or UX strategist, I've done it. I have big love for all things digital content: writing and editing for web and apps, competitive gap analysis, content audits, SEO, information architecture, social media management, and integrated marketing campaigns.

My superpower is using empathy and systems thinking to craft end-to-end content strategies that fulfill user needs and launch businesses in exciting, new directions. That's my jam.
